Hair Dye MANIC PANIC - Classic - Mermaid

One tube usually suffices for ashoulder length hair. Tested on celebrities, not animals! The dyes contain natural ingredients, therefore they have a regenerative effect on hair, hence their use does not lead to hair damage. Semi-permanent hair dyes MANIC PANIC® (Classic Formula) The best effects are achieved when applied to bleached or bleached hair - otherwise there is a risk of obtaining other than the desired shade.  Color: Mermaid - cold ocean teal color. Because the color being so light and clear, it is important to bleach hair platinum (grade 9 -10) using bleach Manic Panic Flash Lightning 30 or 40. Mix the requiredamount of dye in a plastic bowl. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION (Classic Formula): These colors are available in tubes with a volume of 118 ml. By then the dye Manic Panic® will havebeen completely absorbed, but the results vary for each individual. Forresistant hair, using a plastic cap and increasingexposure period to 60 minutes or longer is recommended.
