Mix the requiredamount of dye in a plastic bowl. Semi-permanent hair dyes MANIC PANIC® (Classic Formula) The best effects are achieved when applied to bleached or highlighted hair - otherwise there is a risk of obtaining other than the desired shade. The dyesare available in tubes with a volume of 118 ml.
